Oklahoma produces natural gas, oil, and agricultural products. Affiliations include the scissor-tailed flycatcher, wild turkey, white bass, raccoons, redbud trees, mistletoe, bison, rose rock, and the collared lizard. Oklahoma is birthplace of the aerosol can, electric guitar, and shopping cart; holds world records for pecan confections, largest inland port, fried onion burger, and concrete totem pole; and is home to the National Cowbow Hall of Fame, and Will Rogers Memorial. Spooklights, mountain ranges, man-made lakes, and iodine production are common. Many Oklahomans enjoy chicken fried steak, fried okra, squash, cornbread, barbecue pork, biscuits, sausage and gravy, grits, corn, strawberries, black eyed peas, and pecan pie.
