I came with doubts due to past experiences with 5S. I'm going away with a plan and strongly recommend MBBC's class to others.

Our SMED instructor did a great job engaging the class with great work examples. From this class, other students agreed that the examples and pace were good, it was a nice overview of SMED / Lean process leading to great discussion, and that the knowledgeable instructor did a great job teaching and keeping it fun.

Steve was one of the great managers that I was fortune to work with and from whom I learned many of my improvement techniques. He was my Master Black Belt in 6 Sigma. I contribute much of my success to him for teaching me the first steps along my journey to excellence. His encouragement and leading by example continue to be the guidance for many of my engineering projects. Many great managers and engineers are his students and receive the benefit from his training.

Great GD&T course. I learned a ton of new info.

Our instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained and answered questions in a manner than can be understood as simply as possible. I highly recommend this class for anyone that wants to understand GD&T more. Regarding our second class, the Gage R&R training tools provided allowed the class to be interactive and fun without sacrificing learning.

I've taken an entire Lean Manufacturing course at OSU and this 8-hour training refueled my resolve for implementing 5S into my daily life.

This training is very good for Inspectors, Technicians, or Engineers to learn the fundamentals of GD&T. This course will help me a lot in my task of performing measurements. Our instructor is really good. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects. Regarding Gage R&R, the activities are fun. The course will help us improve our measurement analysis as we don't have this at work. Our instructor has so much enthusiasm in training. Please tell him that his training helped me gained confidence. Confidence comes from knowledge, right! He is a good trainer. I am thinking of searching again at your website and find what other courses you offer that will be beneficial to the group.
