Human Error Prevention provides tools to address this including insights into why human errors occur through mistakes, slips, lapses, and violations, human performance and limitations, skills, rules, and knowledge-based behavior, tools to make systems and operations more error resistant and error tolerant (checklists, memory aids, hierarchical task analyses, guideword analyses, cognitive workloads, reward utility, etc.), and how to integrate human error prevention strategies into your operations. The Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) is thoroughly discussed as a mishap prevention aid.

The office space is conveniently located off Interstate I-275, one exit off I-71, three exits from I-75 and 18 miles from downtown Cincinnati. Greater Cincinnati is the US headquarters of banks and financial services, airlines, hotel and casino operators and manufacturers of automotive and train parts, as well as a truck production plant. It's also home to the construction, real estate, food and beverage sectors, pharmaceuticals, surgical instruments and household consumer products manufacturers.
