About Lean Lego Game

Who is Lean Lego Game for?

Since we all deal with and use processes in some form both at work and home, Lean Manufacturing training is useful for everybody. Yet, its usually taken by Cincinnati students working in manufacturing or service provision. In our course, Cincinnati students learn:

Lean Lego Game Course Overview:

Rather than death by PowerPoint, experience waste, push vs. pull processes, kanban, kaizen, systems thinking, and work cells in a fun exercise. This workshop is intended for students fairly early in their Lean journey but can be a fun refresher for more advanced practitioners. It can be run in either a short or longer session which never goes past half-day. A typical day looks like this:

Cincinnati

Queen of the West

Excellent choice! Ohio River steamboats connected Cincinnati commercially to St. Louis and New Orleans. Pork and hay were exported. Completion of the Miami and Erie Canal made connections to Middletown and Toledo. Then, railroads to Sandusky Bay on Lake Eerie. Streetcar lines were installed. All allowing Cincinnati to bloom into the vibrant city it is today offering many culturally enriching experiences. After Lean Lego Game, popular attractions include the zoo, Fountain square, museums, and parks. Arnold's Bar and Grill is pretty famous for having been around so long and their excellent menu. Oktoberfest is a fun time to visit.

Steve was one of the great managers that I was fortune to work with and from whom I learned many of my improvement techniques. He was my Master Black Belt in 6 Sigma. I contribute much of my success to him for teaching me the first steps along my journey to excellence. His encouragement and leading by example continue to be the guidance for many of my engineering projects. Many great managers and engineers are his students and receive the benefit from his training.
