About Lean Lego Game Training

Who is Lean Lego Game Training for?

Since we all deal with and use processes in some form both at work and home, Lean Manufacturing training is useful for everybody. Yet, its usually taken by Vancouver students working in manufacturing or service provision. In our course, Vancouver students learn:

Lean Lego Game Training Course Overview:

Rather than death by PowerPoint, experience waste, push vs. pull processes, kanban, kaizen, systems thinking, and work cells in a fun exercise. This workshop is intended for students fairly early in their Lean journey but can be a fun refresher for more advanced practitioners. It can be run in either a short or longer session which never goes past half-day. A typical day looks like this:

Vancouver

Rain City - By Sea, Land, and Air We Prosper

Excellent choice! As Canada's largest and busiest port, Vancouver handles hundreds of billions of dollars in trade with over 160 economies. Vancouver students have no shortage of after-Lean Lego Game Training entertainment and recreational options. Proximity to ocean, mountains, rivers and lakes offer abundant outdoor activities including parks, beaches, and especially snow skiing. Vancouver is known for culinary specialties including Japanese-inspired JapaDogs and BC rolls, and salmon candy along with the expected cornucopia of seafood. JapaDogs are an otherwise regular hot dog enhanced with seaweed flakes, teriyaki sauce, miso, and wasabi. BC rolls are the province's signature sushi roll hallmarked by savory and chewy grilled salmon skin.

Our Master Black Belt Instructor was instrumental in getting my department to change the way we think. Achieving success in Lean methods sometimes needs an overhaul of conventional methods and our MBB was the person that can take the concept from an abstract form to reality in the most efficient way possible. The Lean Six Sigma projects that our department conducted helped us reduce costs and streamline our operations.
