About Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training

Who is Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training for?

Machine Condition Signature Analysis training is for anybody interested in lowering the downtime of their machines. In our course, Virginia Beach students learn:

Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training Course Overview:

MCSA training describes Machine Condition Signature Analysis - saving Virginia Beach students money by replacing unplanned failure with preventive maintenance. Machine Condition Signature Analysis (MCSA) is similar to Statistical Process Control. A gage (accelerometer) is used to take a snapshot of a machine's "normal" performance (i.e. record its "signature"). Specifically, signatures are usually collected for each of the machines high-wear components; motors, pumps, etc. Periodic measurements are then taken over time to assess deviation from normal. When deviation reaches a defined threshold, the machine is scheduled for preventive maintenance. As such, Machine Condition Signature Analysis improves operational profitability. It pays for itself in the form of lower total maintenance cost and higher uptime.

Virginia Beach

Neptune City - Landmarks of Our Nation's Beginning

Excellent choice! Located at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay on the Atlantic coast, Virginia Beach is an oceanfront resort city. Its resort roots had an early beginning with the Virginia Beach Hotel after arrival of transportation services; rail later evolving into vehicular. Amusement parks hotels, and a convention center were developed. While largely tourism-based, the city's economy is also supported by manufacturing, defense, agriculture, insurance, and broadcasting. Virginia Beach also contains over 200 parks notably including Miyazaki Japanese Garden of Red Wing Park.

When I attended MBBC's 5S Training, I did not know what to expect. I went into it with an open mind and was presently surprised. While I was listening to the presentation I imagined all the ways I could apply the training to my facility. The class was upbeat and engaging and the instructor referenced real world examples to connect with issues we face every day. I left the training inspired and eager to apply what I learned to my facility. I would recommend the 5S Training to anyone who is looking improve their efficiency in manufacturing.

I think MBBC instructor's 5S training was very good and effective by technique and his on-site advise. In Japan, most of purpose for 5S training is "Realization of a safe working environment". In his training, I learned as "Maximize corporate profit" and at the same time it was very impressive that how clear and effect of doing 5S is very closely linked to lean manufacturing. I felt that is effective especially for western who have different mentalities from Japanese.
