Value Stream Mapping training is for anyone interested in highlighting opportunities form improvement in a process. In our course, Cincinnati students learn:

Value Stream Mapping Training Course Overview:

Value Stream Mapping training enables Cincinnati students to visually summarize processes highlighting their waste, and opportunities for improvement. Value Stream Mapping is an essential tool of Lean Manufacturing. 'Value stream' refers to the fact that the mapping is depicting the process flow by which raw materials, information, etc. are altered and combined forming something for which customers are willing to pay. Along the way, any actions for which customers are not willing to pay are considered waste and highlighted on the map. Wastes generally take the form of downtime, inventory, inspection, etc.; manifestations of the Seven Deadly Sins.

Cincinnati

Queen of the West

Excellent choice! Ohio River steamboats connected Cincinnati commercially to St. Louis and New Orleans. Pork and hay were exported. Completion of the Miami and Erie Canal made connections to Middletown and Toledo. Then, railroads to Sandusky Bay on Lake Eerie. Streetcar lines were installed. All allowing Cincinnati to bloom into the vibrant city it is today offering many culturally enriching experiences. After Value Stream Mapping Training, popular attractions include the zoo, Fountain square, museums, and parks. Arnold's Bar and Grill is pretty famous for having been around so long and their excellent menu. Oktoberfest is a fun time to visit.

So happy to get a professional that knows what they're talking about in here to teach us something useful. Our hands-on measurement system analysis exercise revealed problems with one of the gages most frequently used by Quality.
