Pittsburgh training occurs in western Pennsylvania at the point where the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers combine to form the Ohio River. Its Gilded Age sites including Carnegie Museums of Natural History and Art, plus Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens speak to its history as an industrial center.

Make time to visit Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, and Point State Park. Also popular is the city view from Mount Washington especially while riding the Duquesne Incline.

Our Master Black Belt introduced improved quality and manufacturing processes. Our company was moving to become ISO certified. He and I, plus one other, came from the automotive side and certified in ISO. Further, we had QS experience which was a more concentrated standard to allow all automotive companies to work to the same quality and manufacturing standard. He was also familiar with TS quality standards.

Attending my Six Sigma classes was a great learning experience. Our Master Black Belt had the credentials and the ability to make the classes exciting. Working as a production engineer in the HVAC industry I have been able to apply Six Sigma to problem solving situations saving valuable minutes on the assembly line and increase quality in the fabrication process. I believe with an excellent highly trained instructor everyone will appreciate the Six Sigma discipline.
