About Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training

Who is Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training for?

Machine Condition Signature Analysis training is for anybody interested in lowering the downtime of their machines. In our course, Cincinnati students learn:

Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training Course Overview:

MCSA training describes Machine Condition Signature Analysis - saving Cincinnati students money by replacing unplanned failure with preventive maintenance. Machine Condition Signature Analysis (MCSA) is similar to Statistical Process Control. A gage (accelerometer) is used to take a snapshot of a machine's "normal" performance (i.e. record its "signature"). Specifically, signatures are usually collected for each of the machines high-wear components; motors, pumps, etc. Periodic measurements are then taken over time to assess deviation from normal. When deviation reaches a defined threshold, the machine is scheduled for preventive maintenance. As such, Machine Condition Signature Analysis improves operational profitability. It pays for itself in the form of lower total maintenance cost and higher uptime.

Queen of the West

Excellent choice! Ohio River steamboats connected Cincinnati commercially to St. Louis and New Orleans. Pork and hay were exported. Completion of the Miami and Erie Canal made connections to Middletown and Toledo. Then, railroads to Sandusky Bay on Lake Eerie. Streetcar lines were installed. All allowing Cincinnati to bloom into the vibrant city it is today offering many culturally enriching experiences. After Machine Condition Signature Analysis Training, popular attractions include the zoo, Fountain square, museums, and parks. Arnold's Bar and Grill is pretty famous for having been around so long and their excellent menu. Oktoberfest is a fun time to visit.

When I attended MBBC's 5S Training, I did not know what to expect. I went into it with an open mind and was presently surprised. While I was listening to the presentation I imagined all the ways I could apply the training to my facility. The class was upbeat and engaging and the instructor referenced real world examples to connect with issues we face every day. I left the training inspired and eager to apply what I learned to my facility. I would recommend the 5S Training to anyone who is looking improve their efficiency in manufacturing.

Attending my Six Sigma classes was a great learning experience. Our Master Black Belt had the credentials and the ability to make the classes exciting. Working as a production engineer in the HVAC industry I have been able to apply Six Sigma to problem solving situations saving valuable minutes on the assembly line and increase quality in the fabrication process. I believe with an excellent highly trained instructor everyone will appreciate the Six Sigma discipline.
