Petroleum was discovered around Dallas establishing the city as a market hub. Communications, Engineering and manufacturing evolved from WWII. City inventions include the Superbowl, and frozen margarita machine. Local foods include BBQ, Mexican, Tex-Mex, and margaritas. Have fun and take time to enjoy the city after your MBBC training class.
